Antisemitism

Antisemitism has no place in America

What is Antisemitism?

"Antisemitism is hostility toward or discrimination against jews as a religious, or racial group" (MERRIAM-WEBSTER DICTIONARY)

Antisemitism can sometimes be hard to see, especailly if you don't experience it yourself. That does not mean that antisemitism does not exist in the U.S. It does and we must open our eyes to it and fight against it. Being pro-life includes the lives of Jewish people and we cannot be indifferent or accepting of antisemitism.

Statistics

Jewish people comprised 2.2% of the us population yet make up 60.2% of religious hate crime victims

In a 2019 survey, 84% of american Jews said antisemitism has increased in the past 5 years.

How to Help

  • Recognize and call out anti-semitism
  • Report anti-semitic incidents
  • Examine your own personal bias
  • Encourage your elected officials to introduce legislation in support of their Jewish constituents
